Dépôts pour Ubuntu 7.04 (The Feisty Fawn)

Actuellement, Ubuntu 7.04 est en version de développement, et est donc à considérer comme instable, non utilisable dans un environnement de production. La dernière version stable d'Ubuntu est la 6.10.

Ouvrez votre fichier /etc/apt/sources.list avec les droits d'administration avec l'une des commandes suivantes :

• Sous Ubuntu ou Edubuntu :

  ~$ gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

• Sous Kubuntu :

  ~$ kdesu kate /etc/apt/sources.list

• Sous Xubuntu :

  ~$ gksudo mousepad /etc/apt/sources.list

• En mode console :

  ~$ sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list

Rajoutez les lignes concernant les dépôts qui vous intéressent. Il est aussi possible d'effectuer manuellement l'ajout des lignes de votre choix graphiquement dans votre gestionnaire de paquets Synaptic ou Adept ; référez-vous à leur documentation respective à ce sujet.

Après toutes modifications de votre fichier sources.list, il est indispensable de mettre à jour la liste des paquets disponibles en sélectionnant le bouton approprié dans votre gestionnaire de paquets préféré, ou en ligne de commande avec la commande suivante :

~$ sudo apt-get update

Sans ce rechargement, les nouveaux paquets ne seront pas pris en compte par votre gestionnaire de paquets.

ATTENTION !! Les dépôts "Proposed" servent à tester des paquets ou des mises à jour avant qu'ils n'intègrent définitivement les dépôts standard. Ils peuvent donc être à l'origine de plantage ! À n'ajouter que si vous savez ce que vous faites.
